Shipping

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@britella.co.uk.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change before dispatch.

How does delivery work?

We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Once your order is checked and packaged, it’s shipped and you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Currently, we only deliver within the UK.

What are your shipping times and costs?

We ship to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.99
  • Free Delivery on orders over £70

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

We’re planning to expand soon, so keep an eye on our updates or follow us on Instagram.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We’re not quite able to offer free returns just yet, so we kindly ask you to cover the return postage.

To start a return, email us at hello@britella.co.uk and we’ll send you the return address and a short form to include in your parcel.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are available for UK customers.

Just contact us at hello@britella.co.uk to swap your size or style, or request store credit.

Exchanges are accepted up to 28 days after delivery.

How do I request a return address?

To return an item, email us at hello@britella.co.uk with your order number.

We’ll reply with the return address and any instructions.

When returning your item, please include your name and order number in the parcel — this helps us match it to your account and process things quickly.

Do I need to include anything with my return?

Yes — please include a slip of paper inside your return with your name and order number, or your shipping address, so we can match the return to your order.

If you haven’t already, email us at hello@britella.co.uk before sending your return so we can share the return address and instructions.

Orders & Issues

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Email us at hello@britella.co.uk as soon as possible — we can usually change the size or cancel the order if it's still processing.

I didn’t get a confirmation email

First, check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there:

  • Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout
  • Check your account email, if you created one

Still stuck? Just email hello@britella.co.uk and we’ll resend it.

My order is missing / incorrect

We check everything before dispatch, but mistakes can happen.

If anything’s missing or not right, contact us at hello@britella.co.uk — we’ll sort it quickly and let you know the next steps.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If your hoodie hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@britella.co.uk — we may be able to swap it for a different size.

If it’s already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then request an exchange.

What size should I order?

Our hoodies are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit.

If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, you may want to size down.

Will my hoodie shrink in the wash?

Nope — all our hoodies are pre-shrunk.

Just follow the care label:

✓ Wash inside out

✓ Use a gentle cycle

✓ Avoid tumble drying if you want to keep it looking crisp

What materials are the hoodies made from?

Our hoodies are made from a high-quality cotton/poly blend that’s soft, breathable, and holds its shape beautifully.

They’re designed for comfort, with a brushed fleece interior and smooth finish on the outside.
