Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your Britella piece, but if not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging, with tags
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@britella.co.uk. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, faulty, or incorrect — email us right away and we’ll sort it.
ITEMS WE CAN'T ACCEPT
We don’t accept returns on:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Personalised/custom orders
- Used or worn products
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or design? Just return your item and place a new order once your refund is approved.
EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
